The Full Estate Tour at Casa de Shenandoah provides guest with a fully-guided experience of:

The Estate: 52 acres in size, its lushly landscaped grounds host an array of ponds only possible due to artesian wells that flow through under the property. The grounds consist of various horse paddocks, Wayne’s childhood home and wild peacocks that run freely throughout the property.

The Garage: Hosting Wayne Newton’s luxury car collection. The garage is a massive 13,823sf in size. Over the years, Wayne Newton a passionate car enthusiast has collected several luxury cars, some include those that were formally owned by legends Johnny Cash and Carol Burnett.

The Jet: Connected to the Garage is the jet once used by Wayne Newton to travel the world. Come aboard and view the custom features installed by Wayne Newton to ensure he and his band traveled comfortably. Before departing don’t forget to get a picture of you sitting in the pilot’s seat.

The History: Learn about the life and career of Wayne Newton with the various exhibits located in the exhibit halls. Discover his relationships with the USO, NASA and various celebrities/politicians he’s befriended throughout the years including former Presidents and fellow entertainers.

The Exotic Animal Habitat: Discover the various exotic animals that call Casa de Shenandoah home. Learn of Boo, Casa de Shenandoah’s capuchin monkey or Charlie, a South African Penguin, take a swim. Or see the wallabies and the many species of exotic birds as you stroll through the habitat.

The Mansion (Fully Guided Tour): Enter the home of Wayne Newton and stroll through the room where National Lampoon’s Vegas Vacation was filmed. Learn of the various celebrities like Frank Sinatra who have celebrated inside the very rooms you’re exploring. Explore Wayne’s office which has hosted various American Presidents and world leaders. If you’re a lover of art well then you’ll love Wayne’s collection which includes pieces by Van Gogh and Margaret Keane.

The Barn (Fully Guided Tour): Walk through the barn and learn about Wayne Newton’s rich history in breeding world-renown Arabian Horses which have won National Championships in: Canada, Demark, Germany, Australia, South Africa, and Brazil. Today the Barn is home to some 60 Arabian Horses which can also be seen grazing in the Estates Paddocks.
